Nov 26 2010 05:39 PM

The bathroom is often considered the most dangerous room in a home. It's a room with hard and often wet slippery flooring with furnishings such as toilets, tubs, showers and sinks made of unforgiving materials such as porcelain, ceramic, chrome and tile.

As a caregiver, what steps have you taken or would you suggest, to make this room safer for yourself and your loved ones?
