Bladder Massage
Aug 19 2010 12:57 AM Has anyone heard of a bladder massage that targets bladder meridian pressure points? Has anyone tried this? I have had two massages so far with no results yet. According to some websites and a few urologists, these massages might bring some relief to over active bladder. Any info will help. Thanks. |

RE: Bladder Massage
Sep 01 2010 09:51 PM I have tried searching and haven't come up with much. Where are you going for treatment. Physical Therapy, or Massage Therapist? I have been trying to do sort of a bladder massage myself, but don't know if I am hitting those trigger points that you are talking about. My massage therapist did show me how to give myself a massage to help relax my pelvic girdle muscles which make the bladder area very constricted. Please post more info if you find it. |
