Did you get the latest newsletter? If you haven't yet done so, please consider signing up here. It offers links to articles that give advice for keeping up with your lifestyle, the latest products, and our FAQ. There was also a notice in the newsletter about this coming Sunday's newspaper which should contain coupons for your next purchase of Depend® products.
One question that was focused on in the newsletter was about how long before Kegel exercises begin to help? Kegel exercises help to tighten your pelvic floor muscles. Try pretending to stop the flow of urine by holding the muscles for three seconds then relaxing for three seconds. The benefits from these exercises can take effect after just a few weeks. It is possible by continuing the exercises that the symptoms can be reduced or you can be symptom-free within eight to twelve months. You can talk to your doctor for more directions regarding your particular situation.
