• Make sure you wear snug-fitting briefs underwear (not boxer shorts).
• Clean the groin and buttocks thoroughly after removing a soiled guard.
• Dispose of soiled guards in a sanitary manner. Do not flush.
• Wash hands after handling soiled guards.
• Do not get powder, lotion or oil on adhesive strip. These substances may cause the strip not to stick properly.
• Seek professional advice from your physician or health care professional if you or someone you care for is experiencing bladder control problems.

• The inside has a blue absorbent layer and is placed against the skin.
• The outside has a paper strip covering an adhesive area and is placed against the underwear.

• The back of the guard cups the testicles.
• The arrows on the paper strip on the outside of the guard point to the front of the guard.

STEP 3
Peel off paper strip and place cupped end of guard toward crotch (or back) of close-fitting underwear.

STEP 4
Press guard into underwear adhesive side down.

STEP 5
Pull underwear into place and adjust the cupped end so it cups the testicles. Make sure underwear is pulled up snugly.
