First, a little about myself. My name is Jenna-Marie and I'm 15. I have mild stress incontinence, a slightly over active bladder, and I've been known to wet the bed as well. To deal with that I wear Poise moderate pads during the day and Goodnites at night or when I won't be close to a bathroom. Other than that I'm pretty healthy and am a normal 15 year old girl and like to ski, hang out with friends, and read.

Sep 02 2010 04:02 PM Hi Jenna-Marie. I'm glad you've been able to find products that work for you. My problems started when I was a bit younger than you (now in my 20s). It's good you have been able to find appropriate pads etc - for too long I tried to deal with the problem using ordinary sanitary protection before admitting that I needed more than this, and it really does make a difference to quality of life to have the right protection. Hope you have been able to find medical advice/support when you need it - it took me a long time to get things properly looked in to (perhaps partly as I have some other health problems as well) but at least that's being done now! |
