These days I don't get out much. I can't walk or dress Myself. But before I became completely disabled I used control top hose & slimmer panties over My diapers. I did end up with a rubber slip but have rarely used it. These days I'm usually in sweatpants or a night gown. I have some rubber panties too. But again rarely use them.

I wear either a girdle or shapewear panties over mine after I put on my diaper. Like you I do have bladder issues and wear Depends diapers 24/7 year around. I would not trade wearing my Depends for anything in the world and find that I am comfortable and secure.

I wear a cotton panty then a diaper, and plastic pants over all. it keeps me dry on the outside. the cotton panty is for comfort between the diaper and the plastic pants.

Finding clothes that dont make you look fat, yet hide that diaper isnt hard. Dresses with an empire waist, gathered skirts, sheath dresses. I work professionally and look fine.

What to wear under your clothes doesnt take much imagination to find what works best. Panties under the diaper wont work. They stay wet, dont wick the moisture out. Panties over the diaper look silly. What you can do is find some pettipants to go over your diaper if you like. I always wear control top pantyhose, even under pants. But there arent many pants that are big enough to hide a diaper and still look nice.

Layering is as follows: A dry 24/7 or Molicare diaper with a pad inside it for all day use. Then plastic pants, pantyhose and the pettipants if you like. Over this, I can wear most professional clothes and get along fine.

I usually use a good cream like euceriun on my back side so that if I end up with a mess (rarely, but a couple times a month, I cant avoid it) in there, I dont get a rash.

I have used the same system for years and it works great. Abri-San pants over any brief. Tight fitting Salk plastic pants over the abri-San brief combo and powder between every layer. This has worked great for me.

Good morning, Lisa. What's the point of the powder between the Salk pants and the Abri-san pants? I can sure understand putting it between you and the diaper/brief, but why the other layers?
