defective undergarments.

I just purchased my package of Denpends underpants for women. I am dissapointed to say that so far I have had three pairs of pants where the side seam has let go. I find myself with the panty slipping down the leg of my outer pants. This has been embarassing to me since today the panty went all the way down my leg and cam out my pants leg. I no longer have the receipt to return the package. What should I do?

As one of our moderation staff may advise:
All you need do is contact the folks at the 800 number above and to the right of your screen. These caring folks will help get you on your way.
It is a embarrassing event indeed and even worse a wet mess as I too have had my mens version let go a few times. The folks at the 800 will likely send you a coupon for a replacement package as well as ask for some information off of the defective package.

Earl is correct about calling Consumer Services at 1-877-413-3736. You can check the Contact Us page (at the very bottom of your Depend screen) for hours. Our representatives are very informed about our product lines and will be able to help you find the product that will best meet your specific needs.

We are also appreciative when our customers take the time to contact us about specific issues they are having with our products. These are carefully reviewed and considered when evaluating our product lines.
