Are rashes supposed to hurt?????????????????????????????????????????????? Or tis it imagination that they hurt??????????????????????????????????????????

Mar 15 2012 06:27 AM Hi PrincesPat After my bath I use Desitin Mult-Purpose ointment on my diaper area and I use baby powder in my diaper and haven't had any rashing issues. It also helps to wash your garments in hypoallergenic detergent and some fabric softener. I am very gentle with myself when it comes to cleansing and skin care. I also use lotion in my diaper area as well to further soften my skin in preparation to putting my diaper and underwear on. If your rashing issues persist I would see your dermatologist or family doctor. The key word is be very gentle with yourself and find the time not to rush your cleansing and dressing times with yourself. I also use hypoallergenic soaps and beauty bars with my bubble bath.
