What is spastic bladder and how is it different from overactive bladder?

Overactive bladder and spastic bladder are basically the same condition characterized by uncontrolled bladder spasms that lead to urinary leakage (incontinence). Overactive bladder or “spastic bladder” is frequently linked to a neurological condition, disease, injury or damage to the brain or central nervous system from trauma.
