Is it okay to use olive oil on rashes that can come with wearing protection?

Olive oil, as well as many other oils including coconut or hemp seed, can be effective home remedies for helping to prevent the spread of rashes caused from pads or incontinence briefs . The oil acts as a barrier between the sensitive skin of the genitals and the moisture accumulated on the protection pad.
