I've been dealing with urge incontinence for a couple of years. It's caused by nerve damage from diabetes. I'm 41 and just talked to my wife and doctor about it a couple of weeks ago. I've decided to use diapers instead of surgery or the medication since I already take way too much medicine. My wife is very supportive and even bought my first package of depends, but it's very hard for her. She says it's humiliating for me to be in diapers, and I definitely understand. I'm trying to make it easy for her to pretend like it doesn't exist. I don't have to wear at home or most nights, so I just take off my diaper in the bathroom and put one on when she's not in the room. Does anyone have any suggestions that might make things easier for her? Thanks!
